I was reading a thread at RPGnet speculating about which setting will WoTC produce next year and someone found a clue in the new Eberron Player’s Guide:

in the summary for Stormreach (p 152, lower right corner):
No single race holds a clear majority here; humans, dwarves, halflings, elves, half-elves, and changelings walk side by side with half-giants, goliaths, ogres, drow, and thri-kreen, a humanoid insect-like race.
Still not true confirmation, but it gets me excited.
