Not sure if this has been reported, but it isn’t clear to me what the last sentence is attempting to convey. Perhaps it is referring to
“Spell resistance is equivalent to power resistance unless the Psionics Is Different option is in use.”
If that’s the case, then it should probably read, “Therefore, all Dark Sun 3 materials use the ‘Psionics is Different’ variant rule (XPH 65).”

and, kind of on the same subject,
“Focusing on your enemy’s brain, you sunder its connection with one of his senses, forever.” from the description for the power Sensory Suppression. While the description indicates “forever” the duration is actually Concentration, +1d6 rounds, DS3 R7, Chapter 6, Magic and Psionics, pp 65
