Can we get a paragraph break between paragraphs? (This is not a print medium. Long blocks of text become unbearable to read.)
Also, can we turn off Beast’s non-html formatting? I can’t use hyphens and some other characters because it thinks they are formatting marks. And maybe get a nice formatting bar where you can highlight and click, like in phpBB?

Just so others might exactly know where to but their creation, could you change what is under the sanbox thread title and write something like _ this section is for everything about games and fanfiction: stories, video clips (links)._

Well my 2 cents is since there are 2 versions of D&D (3.5 and 4th) I’m wondering if it wouldn’t be more suited to put them in their proper topic DS 3.5 and DS 4 maybe with a [Houserule] in front of each thread such as there are for races and such.!!

About the User Finder widget.
Unless we are in competition for the biggest amount of post we do, wouldn’t it be more usefull if we could track a user alphabeticaly instead of how many post he did.
I’m asking this because if you do not know exactly the poster’s nickname the user Finder widget wont be able to perform it’s research (it cant find a poster with part of the nickname either)
For now, there are 4 pages of users but eventualy there will be a lot more( my guess anyway wink)

Why bother with typing? Simply select all of the address following the ‘org’ and press backspace.
Or, alternately, just favourite the front page. Even easier with Firefox.

Or you could use the link that is already there. Under the Product Feedback forum link, there is a link where it states, “visit [Athas.org]”.

How about a live chat area?

I’ll get a link up in the headers. There’s actually been some signifigant updates to Altered Beast that I havn’t yet caught up with … I badly need to clean up the way that I’ve been handling the authentication change, because keeping things up to date hasn’t been as easy as I thought it was going to be.
Sometimes gutting things is not the way to maintainability …
