I run them as arrogant but ignorant cannibals, constantly hunting and being hunted – and confused as to why eating other beings is a bad thing (until a Thri-Kreen starts munching on them, then they seem to think it’s a bad idea) |

Belgoi are completely inedible in my campaigns. Blue skin = cyanotoxins in their flesh. |
