Prestige Classes

Besides the Athasian PrCs in the Prestige Class Appendexes what PrCs do you allow in your campaigns & why or why not? |
I generally allow most f the multiclass PrCs like Arcane Trickster, Cerebremancer etc in along with various ones in the Complete Mage and Arcane Hierophant. Most of the core ones are fine as well and I llike the Shadow Adept tweaked to reflect powers of the black from the Realms as well. |

Actually, as written, Dregoth can’t be hurt by physical damage, because he has Regeneration, and that changes all damage to subdual, which he is immune to as an undead. |
Theres probably a way around that without to much hssle and you can negate regeneration. Hulking Hurlers can easiy do 20d6 damage per attcack or 6000d6+ if heavily min/maxed. |

Dregoth can only be injured by Sonic damage according to his 3.5e stats. |

Sonic dmage is such a stupid 3.5e crap thingny, glad it’s all gone in 4e. |

It isn’t sooo bad. But, then, I did Egendo, not Dregoth. The trick is sticking to the thematics. My Enhanced Egendo is much much cooler… If I were to stat Dregoth, he would be much more powerful, even with the “sonic only” aspect. Also, he was finalized before the metamorphisis seed was finished, so that is another reason he isn’t how I would do it. |

I don’t ever plan on using 4th Ed rules. I just got my players to where they are comfortable with 3.5e & 4th just seems like they are trying to turn it into a card game or MMORPG. I’m guessing 4th Ed lost the Shout & Greater Shout spells as well. Two of my favorites. |
