Sysane's Bard PrC

I discovered Sysane’s bard prestige class here.

I think I much prefer the Athasian Bard as a PrC, although that preference could be because I mislikes the Athas dot org version of the Athasian Bard.

Sysane, did you ever finalize your idea for the bard?
