I am relatively new to the dark sun community. I was introduced to D&D at a young age, playing with my dad and learning how to use advanced tactics and how to mentally grasp the worlds I was playing in. After that, I have developed a voracious appetite for lore, especially high quality, detailed lore. When I stumbled upon Athas.org some years ago, it was like a god-send. While the lore for this particularly setting may be somewhat incomplete, it is fascinating in almost every facet, representing a side of fantasy not typically explored anywhere else. I love the game, and I love the setting.
