I think Star-Sage’s writeups are the best effort I’ve seen for 2nd Ed. The only other option is to go back to either the 1st Ed Monster Manual II, or 2nd Ed’s Planescape Monstrous Compendium Appendix III, take the Ice, Ooze and Smoke para-elementals (magma should work well enough as a direct port) and tweak the special attacks.
I always thought the paraelemental omission from 2nd Ed Dark Sun’s monster writeups was a bit bizarre frankly.
