I’m trying to stat out a Psion NPC for a 5e campaign, but I’m still learning this setting and this conversion of it. Does anyone have a CR 7-10-ish Psion NPC stat block that I could tweak or learn from?
5e has no official psionics system.
However, there are some 5e fans who work on homebrew versions, so hopefully some of those will catch your question?

I was referring to the AthasCon 5e conversion. I assumed that was considered the standard, but I am new here so I could have misunderstood. Thank you for the warm welcome!

The Athascon conversion is considered the standard for the Pristine Tower team and Athas.org, but Your Milage May Vary for various members of the community.
5e NPCs generally aren’t really statted out using the same rules as PCs, they’re more similar to other “monsters”, kinda like the way 4e did it. I’ve been following @Xelu 's advice and reskinning mages to be psions.
Here’s a CR 7 and a CR 9 psionicist from an upcoming adventure we’re doing, hopefully it helps you out. (let me know if that’s not legible)
