Is there any rules for advanced beings in 5.5? I am more interested in PC AB’s but if there are any stats for the SK and other dragons, that would be ok…

Not that I know of, I’d love to see them if they exist.
A while ago (before 5.5) I worked up some notes on 5e advanced beings, which were based on a combination of Epic Boons and some other special benefits (along with non-mechanical cosmetic changes).
