I recently re-posted my moon calendar over on the dark sun reddit. also here.

Now I am looking for dates to include when certain calendar events happen so I can add to it. I have pretty much scoured every source looking for info; 2e, 3e, 4e. and a few books (PP and RaFoaDK). If anyone has anything I have missed, let me know.

I am mostly looking for yearly holidays, festivals, celebrations, feast days, etc or special dates that could be found on a calendar. Some of what I have below do not have dates associated with them, Because they were never provided as a time frame of when they occurred. Others I created dates for that seemed appropriated based on the text surrounding the event. Others like the elemental and paraelemental I just made up to what made sense and seemed clerics needed a special day a year. Things that may be a future occurrence like “Day of Light” or “Death of Kalak” I am not including.

I reckon Election Day in Balic would be a holiday (well, until FY10 anyway…). You want your citizens to have no excuse not to vote, and it’s also likely the anniversary of Andropinis being elected Dictator, so its a 2 for 1 deal. As to when Election Day in Balic would be, I have no idea of a date.

I also found an annual public ceremony in Raam to recharge the Star of Badna.

Semi-annual parades culminate in a secret rite inside the palace (possibly a magical renewal of the golemsÂ’ energies) attended only by the king and his highest templar
