I was just looking in the ExPHB and the idea of this class came into my mind. Although I think it’s overpowered as it is now, you should get the basic idea of this class, and could help me to make it more balanced. Maybe it was even done something similiar by someone else. If that’s the case, then please give me a link so I can take a look at that one.
Enough for the introduction…here we go…

Powers Known: At every level, the character gains additional power points per day and acces to new powers as if she had also gained a level in whatever manifesting class she belonged to before she added the prestige class. She does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (bonus feats, metapsionic or item creation feats, psicrystal special abilities, and so on). This essentiallly means that she adds the level of tattooist to the level of whatever manifesting class the charakter has, then determines power points per day, powers known, and manifesting level accordingly.
If a chartacter had more than one manifesting class before she became a tattooist, she must decide which class she adds the new level of tattooist for the purpose of determining power points per day, powers known, and manifesting level.
Scribe Crawling Tattoo (Ex): At 1st level, a tattoist is able to scibe crawling tattoos with the Scribe Tattoo feat. Scribing crawling tattoos follows the same rules as scribing psionic tattoos, including the time to create and XP costs.
Improved Scribe Tattoo (Ex): A 3rd level tattooist must spend only 1/33 (instead of 1/25) of it base price in XP and uses up raw materials costing only 1/3 (instead of 1/2) of the tattoo’s base price.
