Can a tree of life also be a potion-fruit tree?
Be one of the nodes of the transport via plants spell?
Be awakened by a druid, becoming mobile?

I don’t know. I’d argue it could not be a potion fruit tree, as Trees of Life don’t seem to be fruit bearing varieties. Awaked and transported through are fine.

Set up your tree of life/potion fruit tree combo and find out that you’re just gonna get the one fruit.

I would think the second and third would work, but not the first. I’d say that create tree of life cast on a potion-fruit tree would work, but that the resulting tree of life would no longer be capable of producing potion fruits: IMO the spell ‘overwrites’ the tree’s original species, and what you get is a tree of life regardless of what kind of tree it was before.
