Does anyone have Sysane’s The Sundered Regions?

Friend of mine (Matt M.) told me you were looking for Sundered Region stuff. Didn’t have much other than the outline you posted and a map (see link).
Anything else I had was hand written notes. If anyone needs clarification on anything I’m more than happy to answer.
