i have only expirience with the 1.&2.revised edition.so i was fine with the 2.edtion rules. the rules was more easier and balanced. maybe next i will try the 3.5 edituion too

All 2e psychometabolic. They make the fighter/psionicist a killing machine.

Both the Complete Guide to Psionicists and The Will & the Way rules were wonky and flawed, but they had so much flavor that it was endless fun. I read over those books constantly as a young player. I loved the idea of psionic combat as fighting in the gestalt mindscape envisioned by the other person. Such a cool idea.
