OK, here is another of my “minority reports”. The Mindlord template appears in Legends of Athas by athas org, and this is my version.
The LoE chassis for the Mindlord is the Demilich template, and the mindlord is significantly powered down. What I want to do is make the Mindlord more unique and much more “psionic”. I think I have succeeded.
