So in keeping with the theme of dark sun weapon damage I’m thinking of only having damage to weapons happen on a critical hit. I’m thinking of either doing a % of the damage the player deals going to the weapon or make it 1 critical = 1 point weapon damage. Any suggestions on how other DMs have done this in the past.
I think most only apply weapon damage on a critical failure on the part of the player or NPC?
I like that idea. Maybe like roll 1d3 for damage.
