4E has Dark Sun Genasi although Revised 2E mentions them by another name. Theyre in the silt archipelago.

They aren’t as far as I’m aware, we are currently working on a book in the style of Scale, Tail & Claw that details the elemental and paraelemental genasi, as well as a gazetteer that heavily features quasi elemental genasi
