Which direction does the sun rise AND, what month is it?

On Athas, does the sun rise in the east or west?

Or which ever direction Nibenay says; if it rises in the east, and his divineness says that’s, “The west”, it’s the west.

Unless specified, suns rise in the east in all fantasy settings.

Secrets of the Sead Lands says that the Sea of Silt was called the Sunrise Sea in the Tablelands/Ulyan back in the Green Age (and it was called the Sunset Sea in Anattan).
