So, the wild talent Mental Tools

"You create a simple tool you can hold in one hand. The object appears in your hand or at your feet. You cannot use the object to attack or hinder another creature. "

So, I can’t make a rope to tie someone up with; I can’t make a sword to hit someone with, I can’t make a rock to throw at someone. But what are the limits? Can I make a rope to climb a wall? A lockpick? A knife to cut a purse string?

I’d say you can make rope or a knife, they just don’t work if you try to hurt/hinder someone else. The psychic energy just dissapates.

I like the 3rd ed power Call Item better. =D I feel it is more flexible.
